What to bring to apply for a mortgage?

Copy of Purchase Agreement - Fully executed with all signatures
Copy of Legal Description and Tax Information (Listing Information).
Social Security Numbers
Last 2 months bank statements (all pages) for all accounts (i.e. checking, savings, CD's, Money Market, IRA, 401K)
Savings Bonds - make a list of bond numbers with value of each Stock Evidence
Debts - account numbers, addresses, monthly payment, balance
Mortgage Loans - Name & address of lender, account number, monthly payment & balance
Gift Letter - to be completed by all parties, copy of certified gift check, & proof of deposit
Names, addresses and phone numbers of employers for last 2 years.
W2's for last 2 years
Copy of most recent pay stub(s) to cover a one month period
Self Employed Borrowers:
2 years Federal Income Tax Forms with all schedules attached Year to Date Profit and Loss Statement and Balance Sheet
Disability, Retirement, or Social Security Income Verification:
Copy of check (or bank statement if direct deposited) Current awards letter
Copy of Divorce Decree and Property Settlement
Copy of Bankruptcy Discharge and Schedule of Debts with Statement of Financial Affairs (if applicable)
